AGSB University is currently charted under Swiss Law.

• AGSB is accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE, USA), recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA, USA)
• Certified under the Non-public Postsecondary Education Commission (NPEC) of the State of Georgia, USA.
• AGSB is approved for student participation in the MBA Loan Program sponsored by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC).
