Upon notification of acceptance, a Registration and/or Guaranty Deposit must be submitted to AGSB. After receipt of the Deposit, AGSB will provide prospective students with an official Certification of Studies form. The Certification of Studies form is necessary in many countries for student visa requests as well as for military deferral.

The Registration Deposit is applied to students' tuition expenses for the first semester of attendance. If a student decides not to enroll after the Registration Deposit has been made, the deposit will be refunded if written notification of the student's withdrawal is received by the Office of Admissions at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the Registration period for the coming semester.
Full-time students carry 4-6 courses (12 -18 credit hours) per semester.
